With Wimbleball Lake and Dulverton nearby, the George is perfectly placed for outdoor activities such as sailing or canoeing on Wimbleball Lake, cycling, riding or sightseeing. The pub has wonderful views and a favourite activity is to sit in the pub and just look at the view either from the garden or inside the pub.
Our aim is to preserve the village pub so we will have home made dishes on our menu from local produce with guest ales to compliment the local real ales from Exmoor.
There are plenty of local attractions and dogs are welcome so why not stay at the Inn?
